Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd (SPA) was incorporated on 30th July
1974 and is the private investment holding company of the Antah Group.
SPA is owned by the members of the Royal Family of the Negeri Sembilan
state in Malaysia. The company is named for His Royal Highness Tuanku
Antah who was the sixth Yang Dipertuan Besar (Supreme Ruler) of Negeri
Sembilan between 1872 and 1888. Tuanku Antah is the great-grandfather
of the state’s late ruler, His Royal Highness Tuanku Ja’afar ibni
Al-Marhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
The Antah Group is a conglomerate with diverse interests in the areas
of Power Generation, Property Development, IT & Telecommunications,
Financial & Other Services, Trading & Retail, Education, Agriculture,
Aquaculture & Mining, Leisure & Hospitality, Entertainment & Lifestyle and Healthcare,
