Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd (SPA) was incorporated on 30th July
1974. SPA is owned by the members of the Royal Family of the Negeri
Sembilan state in Malaysia. The company is named for His Royal
Highness Tuanku Antah who was the sixth Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri
Sembilan between 1872 and 1888. Tuanku Antah is the great-great-grandfather
to 6 of the current board members.
Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn. Bhd. is a private investment holding company
with diverse interest in the areas of property development, information
technology, financial & other general services, insurance broking,
trading & retail, agriculture and leisure & entertainment.
